We offer products at very competitive and low prices.
Our products may have damaged packaging, if so, this information is provided in the product description. If the product does not work or is damaged, you have the right to return the product and get a refund within 14 days of receiving the product. All products are very well described. in order to obtain information, please make an inquiry in advance using the form on the "contact" page. In our store we have both new and new products that have been opened and unused. Our products are packed by hand. We use recycled materials, which we give a second life. Our company belongs to environmentally friendly places.
By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Prices for shipping are calculated in the checkout and may change if you have large or L-L (long length) items. It may also change depending on your location and postcode.
We are based in Bradford BD4 0FD it is possible to pick up the parcel at the place if you live locally.
1. Some postal addresses in Northern / Southern Ireland, Highlands, and offshore Islands of Great Britain are not covered by our standard shipping rates. These individual rates will be displayed when going through the checkout process.
2. While we endeavour to deliver your goods as quickly as possible, it is important to note that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Additionally, we cannot accept liability for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
3. All items are subject to stock availability.
4. We may require a signature upon delivery to acknowledge that you, the customer, have successfully received your goods.
5. Please note, if you wish to return your goods to us you have 14 days from receipt of the goods to do so. For further information on returns please see our Returns & Refund Policy.
6. Once your order has successfully been delivered to you, and we have received your payment in full, you will automatically become the owner of the goods. They will be held by you at your own risk and we will not be liable for any loss or destruction of these items.
7. Royal Mail - Whilst we understand that some items may be small enough to be shipped via Royal Mail, we do not provide this as a service as we a) cannot offer a trackable service, and b) cannot guarantee delivery of the goods.
8. Refusing a delivery once the goods have left - Please note, if you refuse the delivery of goods from our chosen courier once they have been sent to you, we reserve the right to bill you for both the cost of sending the item(s) to you and the cost of returning the item(s) to us. If you refuse an order without instructions from ourselves to do so, and it becomes lost in transit, we will not refund the value of the goods. All liability for the goods will have passed to the person who refused the delivery. Any losses, or damage that occurs to any lost parcels, will be the responsibility of the person who ordered the goods.
9. Delivery was attempted but you were out at the time – If goods are returned to us due to you not being available at the time the delivery was attempted, then we reserve the right to charge you for the return of these goods back to us. We will deduct the original delivery charge AND return charge from any refund that is provided. Please note, we usually make at least 2 attempts to deliver your goods to you, and our couriers will always leave a card for you to contact them on if you are not in. If no contact is made with our couriers about a missed delivery, then the goods will be returned to us forthwith.
10. Some of our items are very large and bulky. You, the customer, are responsible for ensuring that adequate space is available when delivering your goods. If we are unable to deliver your items due to restricted access, or for any other reason, a handling charge will be applied.
All of our orders are despatched as a priority using a reputable courier service and we aim to despatch the majority of our orders on the same day for a next-day delivery.
11. Some items are available from our central stores and may take slightly longer to deliver.
Please contact us if you require confirmation of a delivery date and we can arrange this for you.
Your order will require a signature to confirm delivery.
Please ensure that when completing the checkout process all the contact and address details are correct as we cannot accept any responsibility for lost or missing parcels if you supply incorrect information.
RETURNS
Retruning unwanted items
You may only return an item that is unwanted under the following circumstances:
2. An unwanted item may only be returned if the item is in an “as new” or described before about condition: it must be returned to us in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. The original packaging should not be marked or damaged – if the box is opened to examine the contents, it must be done without marking or damaging the product in any way.

4. We ask you NOT to write directly on any of the packaging, and to notify us in writing (letter, or email) about your intentions to return any unwanted items. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of the item, and return the item(s) within 14 days of your receipt. We recommend you keep a copy of this.Customer pays for return shipping costs.
5. All costs associated with the return of the unwanted item(s) are to be paid by you, the customer, and the return must be made to the correct returns address.
6. If any goods are damaged in transit you will need to pursue a claim with your chosen courier or mail delivery service to resolve this. All goods returned to us as unwanted will be examined upon return: any refunds / exchange will only be applied once a final agreement has been made to accept the product(s) back in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
7. Items not returned to us in an "as new” or in as-shipped condition will not be refunded, and any costs to return these items back to you will need to be paid before we can return them. Please note, if you request an exchange for another item(s) then you agree to pay the standard delivery charge that would automatically apply to those item(s) if purchased directly through our website. Please also note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost returns. We do not accept any liability for the item(s) until they have been received by us. Please ensure any unwanted items are returned by an appropriate courier, insured method, or trackable service.
8. Any free or bundled items originally received with the product must also be returned.
9. Any returns made to us must be accompanied by an official returns number. You can obtain an official returns number by contacting us (Aftership Returns Centre) directly – you can find our contact details below. Please use our Printable Returns Form as a covering note when returning unwanted item(s). Failure to complete this form will cause a delay with processing your return.
PLEASE NOTE - NO REFUND WILL BE MADE UNLESS AN OFFICIAL RETURNS NUMBER IS OBTAINED PRIOR TO RETURNING THE UNWANTED GOODS TO Aftership Returns Centre.

WARRANTY INFORMATION
All The customer has the right to a product return guarantee up to 14 days from the moment of delivery of the product, covering both faulty materials and faulty workmanship. It does not cover general wear & tear or damage, and does not cover consumables.
